I started training with Jake four months ago. I trained in the gym for years, but never pushed myself or even knew what was right or wrong or how to get toned and fit. Jake totally changed this and I am now hitting my targets with his help. Jake is very dedicated and keeps you motivated. While training, he will always take the time to correct me so that I get stronger and stronger. Workouts change monthly so that there is a good variety of different sessions. I started working with Jake a few months back and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. His classes are always tough and he pushes you to the max without any exercise being dangerous. I would highly recommend Jake as a personal trainer. Having dabbled in and out of weights training for a few years, the main issue for me was inconsistency and a lack of motivation at times. Over the course of 12 weeks, this all changed and I found myself enjoying the training. Week on week, my strength increased, whilst more importantly, perfecting my form. I went to Jake, as I was feeling sluggish and wanted to get back into a routine of eating and training properly, before I friends wedding. I had always wanted to do personal training and figured now was the perfect time. I do 2/3 sessions a week and honestly love it. Jake has been great. Very supportive, takes the time to get to know you and what your goals are. He never makes you feel under pressure, even adapting the sessions around a work related shoulder injury. I had a goal to be bikini confident in time for the wedding and I was so happy heading off to Portugal. This was all down to Jakes training and encouragement. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
